Training

Our team members are regularly encouraged to update themselves and their careers with cutting-edge technologies through various training programs across the country. This, in turn, rewards EON Designers as well as our clients with new ideas & innovative solutions. In return, we get full understanding of processes, services and products available in the market to improve our designs to meet our clients’ demands.

We also encourage students of Architecture and Engineering to intern at our practice and contribute to the profession in the from research papers or live projects. Interested students may send in their resumes to arvind.eondesigners@gmail.com

Our efforts in research, continuing education and software validation are directed towards improvements in current practice.

A proper understanding of the release of moment due to this rotation from the foundation base to nearest beam column junction and consequent safety of beam due to additional transfer of moment would help in economical and safe design. This work is expected to immensely help practitioners (civil engineers and architects), especially in India, for better understanding of behaviour and design of RC structural frames subjected to rotation of bases. A possible publication on this topic is in progress
